Hatha Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and flowing yoga style that emphasizes synchronization of breathing and movement. In flow yoga, the breath is regarded as the leader of the movements, and each movement is connected with the breath to form a coherent flow.
The name Vinyasa Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word "vinyasa" which means "a specific order or way". This sequence usually refers to a series of Asanas that flow smoothly into successive movements. In the practice of flow yoga, each asana has a smooth transition to the next asana and the previous asana, forming an uninterrupted flow.
The practice of flow yoga emphasizes body strength, flexibility and balance, while also focusing on the connection between body, mind and soul. Through sustained movement and breathing, practitioners can cultivate harmony between body and mind, increase focus and awareness, and experience states of flow and meditation during yoga practice.
In a typical flow yoga class, practitioners will go through a series of movements and postures, such as Downward Facing Dog, Plank Pose, Warrior Pose, etc., with smooth movements. Rhythm and breath transition and connect these asanas. At the same time, practitioners will also practice breathing control (Pranayama) and meditation to promote physical and mental balance and relaxation.
