Member Reservation Policy

Reservation policy:

All classes and workshops require advance booking. Bookings can be made via our official website, mobile app or over the phone.

When booking, please provide accurate personal information including name, contact details and any other requirements.

Reservations can be opened in advance and specific times will be announced on our website or app.

A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email or text message with course details and booking number.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made within the specified time before the course starts. Reservations canceled after this time may not receive a full refund.

Please check our cancellation policy in advance to find out the specific cancellation deadlines and refund policy for your booked course.

When canceling a reservation, please provide the reservation number and your personal information to confirm the cancellation.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy and may be subject to certain fees or deductions.

Other notes:

Please arrive at the club on time and sign in in advance. Latecomers may lose their reservation.

If you are unable to attend a booked course, please let us know as early as possible so that we can offer the opportunity to others.

The club reserves the right to cancel or change course times under special circumstances, and we will try our best to notify you in advance and provide appropriate solutions.
