卸除（軟膠/硬膠）手部凝膠甲的基本步驟如下： 準備：為了保護周圍的皮膚，可以在指甲周圍塗上一層保護油或護膚膏。 指甲油溶解劑：使用適合的指甲油溶解劑，浸泡棉球或棉花墊於溶解劑中，覆蓋在每個指甲上。 包裹：使用鋁箔或指甲包裹片，將浸泡的棉球或棉花墊包裹在指甲上，確保有效接觸和溶解指甲油。 靜置：讓指甲油溶解劑充分作用，通常需要靜置約10-15分鐘，以使指甲油容易去除。 去除：小心地移除每個指甲上的鋁箔或包裹片，使用棉球或軟布輕輕擦拭指甲，以去除溶解的指甲油。 清潔：用溫水和肥皂清洗雙手，去除殘留的溶解劑和指甲油。 護理：在指甲周圍塗抹護膚油或護手霜，按摩輕輕按摩以滋潤指甲和周圍的皮膚。

取消政策

美甲部分：遲到1-10分鐘會減少美甲程序，遲到11-15分鐘只能做單色並減少部分程序；（美甲程序大概需要時45-90分鐘不等，如要畫公仔，複雜款式，或者結婚甲請提前註明，並增加足夠的時間）； 美睫部分：修補或需卸除睫毛重做睫毛不設遲到！！！！！新做睫毛允許遲到15分鐘內；（如出現嚴重掉毛，7天免費修補睫毛。例如：本週二新造睫毛，最遲免費修補時間為下週一； 14天之後不提供睫毛修復服務）； 脫毛部分：允許遲到20分鐘內，但不能2小時內取消！ 以上服務項目取消或更改預約需提前至少24小時，遲到不能超過15分鐘包括15分鐘；否則會視為已享受服務並扣除相應的金額或沒收訂金；最多只能預約60天，相同的項目不能預約多個或重複距離較近的時間。以免影響其他有需要的客人預約； Manicure part: If you are late for 1-10 minutes, the manicure procedure will be reduced.
